Non-structural protein 10 (nsp10)– nsp10 stimulates nsp14 3′-5′ exoribonuclease and nsp16 2′-O-methyltransferase activities. Due to its activities with nsp14 and 16 it is involved with viral mRNAs cap methylation.2 Nsp9 and nsp10 interact with NKRF, an NF-КB repressor, and may cause a IL-8/IL-6 mediated chemotaxis of neutrophils and overexuberant host inflammatory response.15 Certain -N=N and -COOH based Protein-nucleic acid interface inhibitors show good binding energy with nsp10/16 protein.16
